As an existing managed services client, you can earn valuable credits toward your ongoing services simply by referring qualified businesses to us.

 

How the Program Works

 

1. Eligibility: You must be an active TrustPoint IT Solutions managed services client to participate.

2. Make a Referral: Recommend our managed IT services to another organization.  

3. Referral Notification: To ensure proper credit:  

   • The referred organization should let us know they were referred by you (and provide your company name), or  

   • You can notify us in advance of the referral (via email to info@trustyourit.com or your account manager).

4. Qualification: The referred organization must:  

   • Sign up for a new managed services subscription with TrustPoint IT Solutions, and  

   • Maintain that active subscription for more than 100 days.

5. Your Reward: Once the referred client has successfully completed 100+ days of service, we will apply a credit to your next managed services invoice. This credit is applied exclusively to your existing managed services subscription—it cannot be used toward product purchases, one-time project work, or any other expenses.
