TrustPoint IT Solutions Founders
Nik Lipor: Co-Founder
Nik has been immersed in the IT industry for nearly 25 years, with a deep-rooted passion for technology that began long before his professional career. He launched his journey in 2001 at Gateway Computers as a Solutions Architect, where he specialized in designing tailored solutions for businesses. His exceptional skills and leadership potential led to a promotion into management, where he focused on driving branch growth and operational success.
Subsequently, Nik joined a local reseller to spearhead the launch of their IT division. Over the course of over 12.5 years, he played a pivotal role in business development, forging strategic partnerships, designing innovative solutions for clients, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. His efforts resulted in remarkable achievements and the expansion of the company’s IT capabilities.
In 2023, ClearCom Inc. invited Nik to lead the development and maturation of their IT division and managed services practice. Under his guidance, the fledgling division exceeded growth expectations, evolving into a robust solution provider. Nik’s contributions included maturing the service offerings, establishing strategic partnerships, and successfully introducing the division to the Southeast Wisconsin market, where he built a strong and loyal client base.
Today, Nik serves as a co-founder of TrustPoint IT Solutions, continuing his mission to deliver innovative IT solutions and trustworthy exceptional service.
Paul Davis: Co-Founder
Paul began his career in IT services and business technology at Peak 10 Datacenter Solutions from 2006 to 2012. During this time, he gained invaluable experience managing IT and business networks in the Nashville area, building a strong foundation in infrastructure, networking, and datacenter operations. His hands-on approach during this period allowed him to learn the intricacies of IT systems and develop a deep understanding of how businesses rely on technology to thrive.
After Peak 10, Paul transitioned to healthcare IT, joining HCA as a Senior Systems Engineer. There, he played a pivotal role in managing and improving complex IT systems to support critical healthcare operations. His work in this high-pressure environment further refined his expertise in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and large-scale IT infrastructure management.
In 2020, Paul relocated to Wisconsin with his wife to help care for her mother. The couple ultimately decided to settle in the Racine area, drawn to the warmth of the community and the beautiful surrounding areas. At TrustPoint, Paul leverages his extensive background to provide tailored IT solutions, helping businesses navigate the complexities of technology while ensuring they remain secure, efficient, and competitive in their industries.
